Company keeps trying to charge my card months after purchase

I ordered and received five terrific shirts from Shopfreespirited and love them! However, I did not realize I was signing up for a monthly subscription service at the time of purchase. When I saw the charge on my credit card, I reached out to them and they responded within the hour. They promptly refunded the charge and canceled the subscription. I very much appreciated their help with the situation and am very happy with the end result.

I emailed Angie about a question I had about a repeating charge I was receiving. She got back to me within a day and explained it was a membership charge, which I had forgotten I signed up for. She gave me 2 options to correct the problem and immediately implemented the one I requested. I’m very pleased with her help.

I ordered a shirt in January. Did not realize until May that I had purchased a membership. Contacted the company via email and the next day had a message from Abby that my membership was cancelled and refunds were pending.

I ran across a problem with my order and I contacted them and they replied right back to me ready to help me fix my problem. And within a matter of minutes my problem was solved. She was very helpful and very kind. Companies need more people this.

Marc was very quick to respond to my email. It took no time at all to help me resolve the issue I’d encountered. They had run out of the shirts I had ordered which was a bummer. However, with great customer support I am happy to continue ordering from them!

These shirts are gorgeous, fit well, and wash nicely. I have 5 tie dye tees, two tanks, and a purple mandala tee. Shipping is very fast. Wish I have more space in my tee shirt drawer 😂

I had ordered two shirts and one was a little snug. So I emailed free spirited and ask about returning. They were so awesome about the return and I should be getting the new replacement any day now.

The staff were pleasant, very polite and very quick to respond to a concern I had about my order. You can tell they really care about customer service and satisfaction with their shirts/products. They are awesome!
