Received my order fast & complete. Loved the t-shirts I ordered. Good quality.....Just be careful about signing up for a subscription. However, when requesting for unscricribe, my request was handled very professional. I rate the quality 5 stars!!

I needed to cancel my membership and was experiencing some difficulties and Valarie came to the rescue through customer service. She was quick to respond to my emails. She gave me options and allowed me to make my own choices. Valerie was kind, respectful, efficient, and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. There was a pleasant tone in her emails responses, which I appreciate. Awesome job Valarie.

I went to wear my new shirt and it had screen squares all over it from the dying process. I emailed the company and sent a picture. The next day they had a replacement in the mail! Can’t get any better service than that!!!

Angie provided great customer service with a fast reply to my questions and provided several options when an item in my order was out of stock.

I didn,t know you have to be a member to order their shirts. You get a free trail when you order the first time, but I didn't realize that, till they wrote that 2 shirts are not available.
I wrote an e-mail to this company to cancel my membership and called. Erich was answering, was super nice and understanding. He said he will take care of the situation.
The next day he promptly wrote an e-mail that he canceled my membership, returned the money for the 2 shirts which were not available (which I had back in my account the next day) and sent the 2 shirts which were available to me

I am sad I have to be a member to order their shirts, because I love them very much.
But I don't need a new shirt every month .
