I was excited to get my products. Everything was perfectly packaged and frozen! The food is awesome! I will be ordering again! Prices are great and shipping is good and in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent in responding to me and my questions promptly....

This is the second order I have received from vejii. The first was totally ruined because all the ice had thawed and the food was spoiled. I decided to try again. This time some of the ice was thawed and had leaked spoiling the paper packages of some food, but things were still cold.

I would like to suggest that you improve your cooling set up. I recently received two orders from "Imperfect Foods" they use a similar insulation to yours, but put the cooling bags under the bottom packing and that keeps everything dry. It also insulates the coolants and they don't thaw quickly. They use a large "Nordic Ice" block which is drain safe. It's a keeper! Great for coolers, etc.

The Imperfect Foods company also has organic and vegan choices, so at this point I'm going to keep using them.

It was okay. The delivery wasn’t good. Our frozen food was thawed, contacted them but nothing really happened.
Probably look somewhere else.

I love everything I've purchased from Vejii. I have not been disappointed at all.
I will continue to purchase in the future.
My only complaint is that I can't wait for my package to arrive.

The package arrived soggy with all the food thawed out and the boxes for the pizza crushed. I refrigerated at once so I think it will be okay.

I have ordered twice now, the first time my order came cold but not frozen. I do like the flavors. My next order arrived today and was the same, only the ice cream was completely thawed, yet cold, and everything else was cold.The company has made immediate contact with me, refunded my money plus gave me a $50 gift card. They have reassured me that shipping practices are changing. I really enjoy being able to find those hard to find vegan options,will be purchasing again.

Love this company. It has most everything you need for your vegan journey. Order was received as promised.

I am so happy that the shipping fees aren't astronomical. Also, it is nice that there isn't a membership fee. The selection is great. I am glad that more choices are added. The staff is extremely helpful.

This was my first time ordering. Love the selection. Just a few issues came up. One, my entire order did not ship, no note as to why. When I reached out asking where the items were, I received an automated message saying the items were reordered at no charge, but no explanation as to what had happened to them. Secondly, the items were running late due to some issue with the warehouse. Only then did I get a message stating that, and that I would be getting a credit. Everything was packaged wonderfully. I am ordering again....hoping for better luck.

My first purchase with Vejii was a very positive experience. The service was a little slower than I thought it would be but, nothing that concerned me, The products are as advertized. The best item was the breaded pork bits with a spicy sauce. I will be ordering that again. Sausages and sweet potato fries are excellent. Good service will definately be ordering again.

The prices and selections are second to none for vegan products. I highly recommend this Vejii!!

I am overjoyed with how the plant based products are popping up in so many places. One day the world just may be a better place for animals. I love Vejii cause they have a taste of so many companies to try from. A terrific job in getting my order packaged fresh and cold. Thank you!!

Food is good as is the selection, but the shipping process is less than adequate.
The ice had melted for the most part and a lot of the packages were wet because they were not still frozen.

Quick turnaround on my order. Extremely well-packed in a cold container. Didn’t use any styrofoam as insulation which is a huge plus for the environment.

The products were reasonably priced - was first time purchasing the vegan shrimp - and was a good product I’ll probably buy again. The vegan drumsticks were OK but we’ve been spoiled by a nearby vegan restaurant that makes them and these weren’t in the same class.

Overall, good experience.
