Worst company ever. Their equipment cannot be monitored locally or controlled at all. Literally, the only setting you can change is charging schedule and you need a cloud connection for that... Toon meer

Battery failed in approx 18 months
After less then two years the 5kva battery failed and getting a replacement is proving very difficult. 23 days now, I opened a ticket on the Soltaro system and it bounced about between departments and Aus UK offices but no fix yet. Very poor support service given the money I paid for the Soltaro Battery and Inverter.

Having exactly the same problems as…
Having exactly the same problems as previous reviewers. Installed 9 months ago, Inverter issues 6 months ago requiring software updates and now total failure! Inverter has after two weeks been made to work again but battery completely dead. Service response very slow and now left with nothing happening and my dead battery. Totally unreliable system! Will be in touch with installer for a refund!

Soltaro Sell You Garbage, Don’t Buy It!
I had a Soltaro battery installed in early 2022 and from its date of installation it failed a number of time before completely failing after 4months. Soltaro were no help at all in trying to resolve the issue and after getting my lawyer involved and the threat of court action they eventually refunded me the thousands they owed me. I’ve never came across such a shower of unprofessional gangsters in my life. I’ve a different Battery system installed since which has worked perfectly. Soltaro equipment is useless from first hand experience, don’t buy it.

3 Months NO support
In Nov 2022 I reported a problem with batteries at 0% but the inverter reporting 100%. It's nearly 3 months later and Soltaro have made no real attempt to identify the problem, let alone solve it. No visit and what contact there has been does not inspire confidence. The Ticket was inexplicably closed without any action having taken place. I got it reopened but still nothing has happened!
Soltaro seemed to have lost their way. Based on this poor level of support I would recommend potential customers to think carefully about the level of after sales service that you can expect.

Soltaro AIO2 installed with 20Kw of Batteries
Had the new AIO2 fit with 20kw of storage. We get a lot of blackouts in our area that can sometimes last the whole day. Since getting our new Soltaro we have had power during every blackout. Also electric bills are coming in at a fraction they used too. Adam and his installer did a great job hiding all the cables.
