DO NOT. I repeat do not book with these people. I was quoted installation and the purchase of a pole 920 ish dollars. We made the appointment for 11:00 am Thursday May 21st, installer called me at 10:50 saying he was gonna be late. He rolled in at 4:40 pm. Supposedly went over his allotted time by 2 hours, I got an invoice for an additional 190 dollars. SCAM. Please look elsewhere for installation services

I want to think StarNet pro and Scott. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Starlink for three days and they wouldn’t get back to me. I somehow found star net pro put a request in. And I got a phone call from Scott. he walked me through the questions that I had and helped me understand what was going on with my Starlink and getting it set up. I want to thank you guys because Starlink will not call you back for anything. All they have is AI program that d service program that does nothing for anybody for any reason whatsoever I’ve waited three days for Starlink to call me back. Again, I want to thank Scott and StarNet pro I literally put a question out. He answered it called me and answered my questions that I had that I was so confused on that. Starlink was too good to call me or call me back these guys are absolutely amazing. I want to think you guys again in Scott for helping me get through stuff that Starlink is too good for or doesn’t care about customers, but this company went out of their way off a simple text to call me and see what was going on. That is absolutely unbelievable of this day and age that you actually talk to a human being and not some AI program from some corporate system that doesn’t care about you thank you guys

Poor communication for starters. Seemed to be conflict between Chris who set us up and his Installer Matt.

No follow-through, lack of communication. Then took four dollar amount when promised they would not take the second deposit until we had Starlink service up and running. I have tried to call headquarters twice today with no return call. I have called Chris twice today with no return call.

I am now not receiving return text messages and we are out almost $1000 with still no Internet service.

If only I would’ve read reviews beforehand. Interestingly, enough when I texted Chris this morning, trying to resolve this and told him I was going to dispute it with the bank unless I got it resolved, he then told me how very familiar he is with chargebacks from disgruntled customer.

Called them Friday made it out Sunday. Very happy with starlink service.

They are very expensive (check around before hiring them) and the work was OK, not exceptional (they left a mess I had to clean up). They did not spend enough time working with me to locate the panel in a place that was OK aesthetically and instead put it directly in the view shed of my kitchen window and entrance area. I tried to get them to come back to relocate it but no luck. Do your research. I am sure you can find a better company to work with and save a pile of money in the process.

Good experience. A bit expensive but worth not having to deal with the other guy starlink sent. These guys know what they are doing and it was an easy process.

Awesome! I reached out to Starnet Pros to get my Starlink system installed after struggling to find anyone in my area who was available or could give me clear, straightforward answers. From the start, they answered every question I had and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. The installation itself was clean and professional.

I’ve had work done by other companies before, and Starnet Pros really stood out; they made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and that it looked great.

They honestly took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. I run a business and needed my internet up and running quickly, and they delivered.

They are complete scammers. There is one employee a Caleb Hammer only person in the whole company I spoke with over a month of corresponding. Extremely pushy to get the sale and once complete it was radio silence. Tried to force us to use a credit card to use payment and was angry when a check was issued. That check was never cashed. I wonder why? If you want Starlink reach out to them directly or run the risk of being scammed but people like Starnet Pros.

They cold called me and I agreed to get starlink and installation from them. Initially they seemed genuine, regular people and they were incredibly easy to contact, email, text, call.. but once they had my money.. they dropped off the earth, they've not answered or returned around 10 calls, 20 texts, 3 emails.. I was able to talk to them twice.. once they called to request a installer travel fee of 130$ and i got through one time to process a installation refund, have not received yet. Its over 2 months since I did business with them, but I did get my starlink equipment from them however it was marked up 200$

Caveat emptor! I discovered, after the fact unfortunately, that this company adds a massive mark-up to the materials involved in installation: (Starlink equipment, deco units, etc.) in addition to huge markup on labor costs (they contract unrelated local companies to do the work and then, it seems, charge double or triple compared to what they end up actually paying the sub-contractored company (which I discovered from talking with the local contractor who did my install...relating to them how much extra I was charged for equipment and installation). I feel it is reasonable to expect some mark-up if you are going to have a company order the equipment, etc (saving you the trouble)...but the levels of mark-up, across the board, are unreasonable; and they have yet to pay the local sub-contracted installer (I found this out when they came back to do some follow-up work for me 1.5 months later) When I raised the question concerning the very large mark-ups with one of the Starnet Pro representatives he said this was their business model and I had agreed to it and that I could have ordered the equipment, etc. myself: while this is true...I was amazed at how much more! Unethical! Do your research and order the equipment yourselves...and contract directly with a local installer: Starnet Pros is just a middleman...leave them out of the equation altogether when you are looking to install Starlink system.
