Got Starry wifi in 2025, have been unable to connect to it with phone or wifi so far (six months), called for support (hours on hold), was told it was working and that they would not come out. Finally, on the last call, they seemed to acknowledge that they would have to senc a tech back out to do something to the router before it would work. Great company if you want to spend hundreds of dollars before their service is operational and spend hours on hold to eventually get some customer service. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced.
Christian was super friendly and helpful and delivered us service expertly!

Starry changed my plan without any notice. I had been paying $35 for nearly 3 years, then suddenly realized I was being charged $70 this entire time. They doubled my bill without properly notifying me. I could have stayed on the $40 plan, and I have no idea how I ended up on a $70 plan with only 500 Mbps when their $50 plan offers 1 Gbps. This is completely unreasonable, and I’m planning to dispute all of these charges. STAY AWAY FROM STARRY

I decided to switch to Starry and they had someone ready to come to apartment that afternoon. They sent Christian C who was on time, friendly and super quick! Kudos to Christian and the Starry team. I'm never going back to Xfinity.
