I called Ben at Starry after speaking with Samsung regarding a wifi issue with my TV and was resigned to having a faulty TV from my conversation with Samsung who told me to either get it repaired which might cost more than a new TV or to get an ethernet cable from my internet provider which is Starry. So I contacted Ben about getting a cable but he proceeded to help me with the issue instead and it was fixed with just a few steps! I didn't need a new TV or an ethernet cable and I am a very happy customer now! I told Ben that he was better than the Samsung Help Center and I am very pleased with his help and Starry as an internet provider!

I'd just like to express my gratitude to Chelsea and Cloria for their help tonight regarding reconnecting to WI-FI.

We had internet installations in the past but we never received such a warm experience before with Luis. He was extremely helpful and professional while indulging in connecting conversations and keeping a playful personality with our 9 month old. We love him lol he deserves a raise truly

I’ve been a Starry customer for several years and have nothing but positive things to say! The internet is reliable, the customer service team is easy to reach, the technicians are friendly, and the price is great. Luis did my installation several years ago and came back today to help me move my router after I reshuffled some furniture in my living room. He is so friendly and he did a great job!
