It took only a couple minute for her resolve my problem that i was tryin to do during almost one hour. Thank you starry for having that kind of person working in a company.

I was very very frustrated when I called
but was so happy to get a nice lady on the phone that had the most patience with me! The confusion is really that a white cable goes in the black device! The cables should be marked! I tried the night before to solve the WiFi problem and could not fix it!

Late on Friday evening, my connection suddenly went dead. Even though it was well into the night, I called the Starry service number to see if there was an outage, expecting to hear an AI update of some sort. Instead, I got to speak with Coria, and can honestly say I have never had a more pleasant, understanding, or effective service call. I've been very impressed with Starry's service in general since converting to it several years ago. My conversation and interaction with Coria was no exception. In a matter of minutes she talked me through a solution and got me up and running again. Coria's geniality and professionalism made what could have been a very frustrating encounter exactly the opposite. Kudos to Starry for your excellent service, and for having staff like Coria as part of your team.

Honestly such a nice person! I was a reck and yet was still so proffesional. Did what they could to help and escalate the best they could. Tried whatever ways to get me the help I needed and I truly appreciate it. I seriosuly hope they get a raise for this level of professionalism with a customer like me who tends to go on rants lol.

Zac was awesome. Even though i have been a customer for 8 months, he took the time to find us the best rate and quickly changed us over. These are the types of things that keep consumers loyal, whereas it seems nearly every other company is trying to milk their customers for every blood-soaked penny at cost of consumer confidence. As for the service, it is always at or above the advertised speeds to the modem and there havent been any outages that i can remember.
