Good people and good transportation

Communication is key and TEMPUS knows how to do it. Vehicle was picked up quick, was able to track the driver, spoke to him multiple times , sent over 40 pics before and after during pickup and drop off. Will definitely use them again

Terrific experience!!! Unlike my experience w Shipley I was able to speak w an individual on the phone. They had terrific information and their communication was impeccable.. From the time I touched base it was a stress free move. Highly recommend

What made my experience great was the communication, honesty and professionalism. My car was delivered as promised. Driver was very professional. Unloading he double-checked and triple checked to make sure nothing happened to the car.

After they picked up my JEEP GC SRT they delivered it quickly traveling 4 states. Vehicle was well protected and transported in their enclosed motor carrier trailer. A+ and would use them again. Zelle payment was fast and simple.

There are few companies left who are run by humans! And capable, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable ones at that! The staff was always available to personally answer my questions! Not once did I encounter a menu or automated responses!

Tempus Logix transported a brand new truck for me. It was my son’s first truck. Tempus Logix hired a carrier that did over $10,000 in damages to the truck in transport. Tempus Logix agreed they damaged the vehicle but carries no insurance for damaged vehicles and refused to pay for the damage to my truck. They said it was the drivers fault for not having insurance although they hired the uninsured driver. The driver and Tempus Logix accepted fault but refused do pay for the damages. I strongly suggest you not use this company. They don’t make sure your vehicle is insured and they won’t pay if they destroy it. I hired Tempus Logix. I was never made aware they hired someone else who was not insured. Tempus Logix is responsible for my truck. If they hire someone else that person is responsible to Tempus Logix. Customers should know Tempus Logix doesn’t insure the vehicles they agree to have transported.

We have used Tempus Logix twice, and had great experiences both times. This most recent time, they partnered with Adam from MR CARHAUL. Adam's attention to detail was fantastic. We felt we were in very good hands the whole way. Tempus Logix customer service is terrific as well. Prices are all inclusive. Other companies might appear to be cheaper at first, but their rates often do not include all needed services. I will continue to recommend Tempus Logix to my friends and family.

I paid a premium total of $1,800 (nearly double the standard quote) specifically to secure a "Guaranteed Delivery" date related to a family vacation. The broker, Tempus Logix, confirmed this guarantee in writing and on multiple calls. We packed the car with our family's luggage, counting on it arriving in time for our holiday. When they didn't deliver on the guaranteed date, we were left for three days without our belongings - which meant I had to rent a car and buy clothes. When I confronted them, they admitted in an email that their agent made a mistake providing a guaranteed delivery. Despite admitting they made a mistake, they did not return their $800 broker fee. They offered a vague, unspecified "discount," but rejected my offer to settle for the non-guaranteed shipping rate they had quoted me minus what I had to pay to rent the car, etc. Because they haven't refunded the commission, I have had to begin the process to recover these funds through American Express. Which is yet another pain in the neck.

I don't view them as a trustworthy company to deal with. At every step, I reiterated the guarantee / need for timely delivery. And yet they only after they had collected the car (and collected my money) did they tell me they wouldn't meet their obligation. Also, they wouldn't return the car so I could get our luggage and make different arrangements - so I was really stuck. A bad experience for me.

My truck was delivered great good service

This was probably the smoothest company I’ve ever dealt with. They made everything super easy from the call center to the delivery customer service was amazing.

Great communication and fast process. I moved cross-country and needed to ship more personal items than the 100 lbs allotted. I recommend weighing each item and totaling everything (mine came to 150 lbs), then sending photos of the items in the car so pricing can be coordinated before pickup. When the driver arrived at the drop-off point, he said I owed an extra $150 for the weight, but I was able to show the email confirming the pre-agreed $50 extra charge.

I was given a couple hours’ notice before pickup, and they called one hour before drop-off.

I chose Tempus Logix because the quote stayed the quote—they didn’t bait and switch like some other companies I spoke with. For timing reference, my car was picked up Tuesday in NY and arrived in LA on Sunday. I’d highly recommend this company!

This is by far the worst, inconsiderate transport company. They provide a date and time frame for pick up and never show. There was no call or explanation. They provide you with another date and time, again no call, no show. These people will have you sitting around and they don't show up. It's ridiculous! The person paid a fee to get the motorcycle he bought from me picked up by these people to be delivered to him by a certain day, which of course will not happen because they still haven't picked up the motorcycle and this is day 2 waiting around for them.

I give the a 0 on professionalism. And a 0 on respecting other people's time. I should be able to put 0 stars but you have to put at least 1. Hopefully, they'll show up on day 3 of waiting around for them.

I just got off the phone with Helen from Tempus logistics trying to shake me down with an increased cost from what I contracted to move my backhoe.
I booked the move through Shiply for an agreed cost, paid with my CC and she said they can't do it for that price. So unprofessional and sketchy. While I now have to get my money back from Shiply, I am glad I didn't have them touch my equipment. I have zero confidence in their integrity.
