Been using Tidal window cleaning for a year now I've downloaded the app I've put my bank card on it when the job is due they notify me of the date and take the fee from my bank when the job is done very reliable and professional company u can pick how often u want ur windows doing and wots more u don't have to be home just leave ur back gate unlocked

Window cleaner turnt up, was shirtless the whole time which I think is very unprofessional. Left streaks all over the windows, he couldn't reach my back upstairs windows due to my kitchen extension and decking not going out far enough for him to stand on. My kitchen window was left streaky, I had to clean it myself today. I've requested to cancel but been told I need 4 cleans before I can cancel. Absolute joke of a company

It’s a shame but I have to write this reviews as I feel Tidal has been extremely misleading with their words to try and gain customer and I’m now so disappointed and annoyed. My parents use tidal and have been so happy with their window cleaning service, & they knew I was looking for one so spoke to mark who cleans their windows and he took my details from my parents and set me up for a monthly service which would have been fab UNTIL I asked on WhatsApp this morning about the refer a friend and get £10 EACH I was told ‘ We only give £10 OFF on the person who refers a new customer’ well that is most definitely not what I understood the phrase ‘£10 each’ as - I also cancelled the service this morning because of this as I feel if they can’t be trusted with info they are advertising then I’d rather not trust them around my property I had a WhatsApp confirming cancellation and I’d messaged the window cleaner himself on the app but conveniently he hasn’t received it so then received a messaged from the same woman requesting the money - personally I think the whole situation has been dealt with diabolical which is a massive shame as the app is amazing the reminder of the window service date is amazing the app itself is brill - there’s so many great parts but they’ve let themselves down here big time !! Personally I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this place and I’ve also put this on social media to to warn people

Tidal services have truly delivered a superb service. From initial telephone contact to coordinating a Window cleaner and then a high quality service as described in setting up the contract.

Been using this company for a few years
now, can highly recommend, they come every 2 weeks and do a fabulous job, you don't even need to be in. You get a reminder message/email usually 24 hours before. I have never had a problem. Give them a go, what have you got to loose.

Great service, I am contacted beforehand to let me know when they are coming, Joe does a really good job cleaning back and front windows and closes my gate afterwards.

No show, no message , no contact,I've been waiting nearly three weeks for a no show. Very unprofessional.
I will take my custom elsewhere.
