This device delivers as promised! I have two German Shepherds. The 11 year old female loves being groomed with it. The 9 year old male who is very skittish tolerates it. Great product.

I’m starting to think this company does not exist. My order was to be delivered on 3/10 and I have several non answered emails about my order. I have already disputed these charges.
Horrible/non existing customer service. I wouldn’t even give it the 1 star that it made me choose.

Would give this company a zero if at all possible. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not shipped my products. When I try and email the company about the item they send back a non-descript email stating they are having stock issues and will send my product out as soon as possible. I have emailed several times and get the same exact response, so clearly talking to a bot not an actual employee of the company. They have received over $200 from me but are not shipping out my product. If they had stocking issues that knowledge should be provided prior to a customer placing an order. If it does not ship out by tomorrow I will be going to further steps to get my refund.

Update: March 31st I finally received my uproot grooming tool. The product in and of itself is great. Our dogs enjoy being brushed daily and no mess is left afterward. I still think the company needs to review their shipping and stocking methods, however, the product is nice.

sucks aT at cleaning carpet . tried it on different types and it does not work..and they did honor their 30 day warrant at ll...just sent me onto an endless u tube loop. DO NOT BUY THIS

I ordered 1 month ago $200 item and have been tracking order and nothing. I’ve emailed the help email and no response. Apparently it’s a scam who took $200 plus taxes from you. I would love a refund, will be going through more avenues to get this if I don’t hear back in 48 hours. So frustrating to deal with.

The washing machine cleaner really works! This doggy daycare highly recommends it.

I generally don't like subscriptions. When I found out this was a subscription, I promptly canceled it until I could try out the product. The customer service staff cheerfully fulfilled my request and did not pressure me to keep the subscription. Kudos for their customer service!

Then I tried the product, and it works great! I own a doggy daycare and boarding business, so my washing machine sees a LOT of dog hair. I tried this product on a very dirty washing machine that was full of dog hair around the gasket (a very hard to clean place). There was virtually no hair when the cycle was finished. What little there was wiped away easily, because it had been broken down a bit. I was very impressed!

I contacted customer service again, and they promptly and cheerfully reinstated my subscription.

The product works. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this product and company.

I placed an order around a month ago. I have not received my order yet. I have tried several times to contact company, they will not answer my emails. They sent an initial email to let me know that my order was being filled, and that I would receive an email when my order was shipped.That never happened. My credit card shows a charge. I only chose a 1 rating because there was nothing lower.

Dishonest return policy. Would think twice before buying from them.

Pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered a Simple bag from them back in December and still haven’t received it. Buyers beware!!

I ordered the $200+ grooming vacuum via their ad in FB/Insta. Three weeks later and no delivery. I followed up and they give me a lame excuse that they have a stock issue. They can not provide a delivery date meanwhile they hold onto my money. My order number is UC123816412. I have requested a refund with no response. Do not buy from them. I fear it’s a fraud.

Ordered my vacuum grooming kit early December. It was meant to be delivered by the 23rd. After Christmas they ignored my emails and messages. It finally turned up second week of January. I’ve tried using it on multiple occasions thinking I wasn’t doing it right. Turns out it just doesn’t work as intended. We asked to return it and they sent us their address. Told us we have to pay shipping to return it since the device isn’t defective. What a load of crap. I may just file a charge back and trash the thing.

I wrote the company after waiting 2 weeks for product after many emails telling them I wanted a full refund they did give me a full refund. There were many many excuses as to why product hadn't arrived. I'm glad I was able to get refund after reading all the negative post how product doesn't work

I love the products because they actually WORK! On top of that, the customer service is the best. They helped me within 24 hours and were very pleasant. Thank you!!

I can't believe how well this works! I have a cream colored rug and a black cat. Even after vacuuming the rug looks dingy. I used the uproot tool and removed like 20 balls of cat hair from the rug. Now it's cream colored again.

I never received the product that I order and they refuse to refund me. I have asking them and emailing them for over a month. The tracking shows the item was never delivered.

I purchased the Uproot Pet Grooming Kit, which is amazing. It works exactly as shown on the videos, and it made trimming, brushing, and dematting super easy…and clean. I was able to use it on both small and large dogs. I also appreciate the customer service I received from Reynan. As an add-on to the grooming kit, I had purchased a carrying case for the kit. But it smelled like cigarette smoke when I opened it, and I wanted to make a return. Reynan made the process very easy and I had my return posted the same day (after providing some information about my request). Every product I buy from Uproot is exactly as described. My family and friends are also impressed, and we will continue to purchase from Uproot in the future.

UPDATE: I finally did receive the product more than 5 weeks after ordering it. While the one for the rug works great, it does tend to fall apart easily so you have to constantly tighten the parts back up. The smaller one for furniture doesn’t work as well on my couch as I had hoped but it does work great on my cat tower.

*****I don’t even know if this item works yet! I ordered it over 3 weeks ago with a 3-5 business day delivery expectation! The website says to contact them if it hasn’t been received in 7 business days but all you get is excuses of the item being out of stock with a promise of prioritizing my order once they received stock on the following Friday! It finally shipped yesterday (Tuesday) and says it won’t be here for another 5 business days! That’s almost a full month from the time I ordered it! Then it says it is being shipped via USPS but when you check the tracking number, it comes up as DHL! This is extremely poor customer service!

So pleased with my interactions with the Uproot team. I purchased a pet grooming system back in 2021 and absolutely love it! Recently, after giving my dog a bath, the hose attachment became non functional when a main piece disconnected and couldn’t be fixed. I reached out to the company and asked if I could buy a replacement hose. When they mentioned they don’t sell the individual pieces they offered to send me a new hose attachment free of charge. I am so appreciative of the help in getting my grooming system back up and running. Love your products and glad I can keep using my system, and when the day comes that I need a new one, I will definitely buy from Uproot again.

Shipping took 3 weeks. Very disappointed in the logistics
