I wish I could rate no stars. It's the worst. Never order. They are scamming customers. Considering they have decided to keep my money, there is no option left but to do a cyber crime complaint.

This seems a face company it’s almost a month and no update received on my order. Tried reaching the team multiple times.

I ordered the Uptownie Maxi Dress- Pink (Small) from Myntra and it was delivered within 5 days. The material is very comfortable and light. Looks very classy and elegant. I got a lot of praises wearing it. 🫶 to the team..
POV: buy one size smaller than your usual size if you like to wear fitted clothes since this fabric is quite stretchable.

I have purchased on may 12 and got the order 695604 on the 20th it was not of my size i need to chage that but they are not returning as the 15 days as passed. I mean seriously i have received today how come i return that before that. Just not happening. They are not answering messages and calls.

The quality of the fabric is just not worth the price

bought 5 dresses from uptownie loved the quality of the product and especially the product was delivered in just 3days felt like blinkit.

I have been contacting these uptownie folks for more than a month now. I hardly see anyone responding to my calls. I get some auto responses no human responding to my chats. My money is lost. The only option now left is the consumer court.

The service is very poor. It’s been a month but you are not able to deliver the product when I’m from Delhi NCR. I wonder how you guys are treating from small town.

🚫I placed a prepaid order with them but even after 2 month , the order has not been dispatched. There is no proper tracking provided. I have tried contacting them via email, calls, and Instagram but received no resolution. Multiple customers are facing similar issues. 🚫Payment has been taken but product is not delivered or refunded, which is misleading and unethical.🚨

Ordered on 27 April. Its been 2 weeks. No delivery yet, not even dispatched. Stupid phony updates on WhatsApp say "sorry it is taking longer than usual". They are cheats and thieves.

Clearly a fraud company. Never pay to them. I paid last night and I got multiple messages that order has not been placed. In the morning, I got a call from your representative who hacked my phone. Completely fraud. Stay away from them. And yes I Whatsapped you ten times since yesterday but no reply. You people are fraud and we all should expose you.

Pretty bad quality; I just kept it so that you people can not charge me anymore for a return or replacement: pathetic material and skyrocketed prices. You wanna survice in the industry? Your designs are good; work on your cloth quality. So disappointed after investing my hard-earned money.

The worst experience on Uptownie. Worst customer service. I had placed an order 1 month ago and till now it is not shipped. They are not replying to my messages nor their phone no is switched off. Why do you scam customers. Where will you take our money. Please do not fall for such cheap brands their clothes quality is the worst. I placed the order because when you return items they do not provide refund only store credits and there is no option we have to buy stuff from their fraud website.. Biggest Fraudsters..they should be removed from myntra nykaa fashion such apps too they are fraud and will be spoiling your reputation @myntra and @nykaafashion

Extremely frustrating experience with Uptownie. My order took almost 2 months to arrive, and that too only after repeated follow-ups from my side across multiple channels.
For just one order, the amount of chasing I had to do was exhausting. Poor communication, zero accountability, and a completely disappointing experience. Would not recommend at all!

I placed an order on 18th April . I still haven’t heard any reason for why it hasn’t been dispatched yet. I receive delayed sporadic updates about nothing , just empty apologies. There are many great indian websites selling clothes and delivering them on time . I am not sure I will go for uptownie or recommend it to anyone after such an experience.
