The guy I was talking to told me that…
The guy I was talking to told me that only Spectrum and two other companies were available for service in my area and it wasn't true. After he transferred me to the Spectrum representative I was told that they couldn't help me to connect the service and I needed to call the leasing office in my apartment. When I did the leasing office lady told me AT&T was actually a service pre-wire in the apartments. He lied to me about AT&T.

Poor Service
I said i did not want to start this WiFi service now since I would not move until May, but I got shoved into it early costing me $150 extra. I called Earthlink immediately but they would not delay it.

Honestly I’m not happy
Honestly I’m not happy and I haven’t really started my service yet. I was told once I pay my $25 fee someone would contact me to get my service set up. I haven’t gotten a call from any one and I work from home so I can’t work. Yes, it’s just $25 but I should be able to schedule someone to come out asap. When you call back as an existing customer no one answers or the line is busy. But when you call as new, someone picks up immediately.
