This was my message left to Aluprof UK last February: Aluprof UK keeps dumping their trucks and vans on residential roads leaving them for days and blocking parking spaces for local residents. I am specifically talking about Shepperton, Laleham Road and you guys in Aluprof UK, you know what you are doing. There are quite a few elderly residents living around this area, some having carers coming in and out, and you are blocking available parking spaces by dumping ugly large vans without care for the local community. Please remove as soon as possible your truck registration no PO58HVS which has been parked on Laleham Road for 2 days now. Last time you left this truck here was for almost 2 weeks. Shame on you!
Friday, 16th August 2024 - looks like your company and your drivers do not have any shame since after six months, a battered Aluprof van is again taking at least two parking spaces from local residents of Laleham Road, Shepperton, Middlesex. Registration number is the same PO58HVS so obviously you've not taken sufficient action with the driver the first time. Shame on you Aluprof UK!!

Zeer teleurstellend: Mij werd after service beloofd wanneer ik de kozijnen van Aluprof Nederland via hun zou bestellen. Nu, 3 jaar later, blijken de aluminium kozijnen uit elkaar te vallen. Ze laten water door, het plastic krimpt en de schuifpuien lopen steeds zwaarder. Op mails met foto’s en videos’s wordt verontwaardigd gereageerd, maar er wordt niets aan gedaan. We zitten daardoor in een koudebrug woning. Voor ons nooit meer deze rommel van Aluprof Nederland BV. Waardeloos en je hebt er alleen maar ellende van.

I am very dissapointed in the support of Aluprof Nederland after they recommended a Dutch installation partner who completely misinstalled all our 12 Windows. Aluprof Nederland promised to give me local support in the Netherlands, but after almost a year I still have leaking windows, bad sliding doors, an unstable serre, no fall protection in windows rating 6 to 12 meter highs. Aluprof Nederland looked at the problems three times, but I am still in house that is not wind and rain proof. It's unbelievable that after recommadation of the Dutch supplier that Aluprof Nederland is unable or not willing or at least not showing any support.
