I visited Bayfields Hornchurch because I had noticed a sudden change in one eye and was very worried.
I was offered a cancellation appointment the same morning that I called and Keeley was really kind and helpful.
At the appointment I saw Philip Read who was very thorough.
I was given numerous scans and tests and fortunately he assured me that my symptoms were not serious, which was a huge relief.
I was prescribed my first ever pair of reading glasses, which, as I am 61, I am happy to accept.
The glasses were ready within less than a week - I got them yesterday and they're great.
Thank you so much to all the staff at Bayfields for their kindness and professional service.
I'll see you in 2 years's time!! 😊

The opticians at bayfields are very good and thorough but their glasses and lenses are very expensive

Really good appointment to sort out hearing aids. Isabel was really helpful and patient with me. I'll buy the aids but want to pay as much upfront as I can do I'm not in debt. I'll be back.
