Brilliant. Very knowledgeable and after explaining my eye problem in detail, contacted the eye hospital and received a response on the same day and conveyed the consultants findings to me later that same day. I have now got an appointment with the hospital within the same month. I would say that Hussain Moortasa went above and beyond his duties.

I lost my glasses which was so stressful as we are travelling abroad, they were relatively new (6 months old) & they honoured the second pair for 50%of the price even though the offer had expired. Thank you so very much

Bayfields were brilliant in looking after my son as he was a bit tentative about getting glasses and they were very friendly and reassuring for him.

The staff were so helpful when I chose my glasses. They gave me lots of time to try on the whole shop, looked up if glasses came in other colours and gave me some advice. I struggle with choosing glasses and they made me feel welcome and not silly for taking such a long time!

All the staff at Bayfields Wallingford are superb. Eleanor who carried out my eye test is so thorough and professional. I really feel I am in good hands when it comes to my eye health. The staff who helped me choose and fit my prescription glasses and sunglasses were also brilliant. They were excellent at discussing the lenses and fit. I would thoroughly recommend Bayfields. The only improvement I would make is if it would be possible to have a selection of less costly frames. Overall an excellent experience with knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.

Great service & thorough examination, which resulted in being referred to the eye hospital for further investigations. Ironically I had my eyes tested by another ophthalmologist in Wallingford only two weeks earlier and they did not pick up the issue during the examination.

They were very accommodating for my elderly father. The only thing that wasn't so good was that the eye tester spoke too fast and indistinctly - my father is quite deaf.

Very pleased with my new glasses. The one thing I would say that I was asked for a review twice before I got my glasses. I could not review something I hadn’t received. But at the end of the day I have no complaints with the service and assistance I received.
