You cannot cancel your subscription!

I signed up to MasterMind a year ago. After a while I realised that the product does not offer the service that I needed. I was happy to take it on the chin that I misunderstood (even though I felt sure it had been mentioned in the sales pitch). Okay, so $1400 down the drain. When the anniversary was approaching, I went into the system and cancelled my subsciption. Clicked on every button that said "are you sure" YES, "Do you want to speak to someone?" NO! Just go ahead and cancel. Done. Or so I thought. Anniversary rolls around, our business bank account is slugged $1400. We report this to the bank. I email MM. Finally receive a message full of rubbish about what the product offers, which I might like to contemplate as I "consider" cancelling my subscription. I reply that I am not considering, I have CANCELLED. To prove that their cancellation system is false, I cancelled my subscription AGAIN, and there is still a message sitting in there, saying that my next renewal is due in May 2027. This is unethical. I'm waiting on my bank to get back to me, as I am not confident at all that this problem will be solved by the team at MM. Rogues.
