I had mistakenly used a wrong card for a transaction. I explained the situation. They read/listened and understood my concerns with no back-and-forth. They were able to offer a way for me to complete the transaction using the right card, and refund the initial transaction.
If this error was left uncorrected, it would have had devasting consquences. I am forever grateful for the courteous manner in which they handled my concerns and got it resolved.

I had some concerns about if I felt this was right for me or not and that I wanted to experiences little of it first via the trial period before committing to it.
Not only was the team kind, inspiring and supportive, but they allowed me another 30 days addition to experience if this was right for me. Not only did this make me feel safe, but it made me feel my concerns were valued, so therefore, I felt valued🥰😙

The reason I gave the support team at AI Advantage
a 5-star review is because I had a tech question and he responded with an answer to my question within 12-24 hours over the Thanksgiving holiday. Plus, we had an email or two back and forth for clarity purposes which told me he had to reach out to someone else to discover the answer to my tech question. If I am correct there are 18670 Bootcamp members. I find this kind of service, especially with a group this large & over a holiday, to be applauded in today's environment.

I'm from london and signed up for Thrive’s $1 event in May, expecting exactly what was offered — a one-time $1 payment. Since June, however, Thrive has been taking monthly payments of £34 from my account without my authorisation.
Now, to the contrary I do believe that if I had, like many, signed up for the course and committed that this will be a 4 or 5 star review, but, I have to be honest and review what my experience was and, that is, I didn’t give them permission to deduct money from my account and they have made it virtually impossible to cancel what they dishonestly have done. If you look at most of the 1star reviews, you will see sadly, I am not alone in this situation.
I contacted the company privately, via their customer support email, clearly explaining the situation and requesting a refund for these unauthorised deductions. Their response ignored the core issue and instead offered me 30 days of free access — something I never asked for. Their replies do not deal with what you are asking and very insincere avoiding the reason for you emailing, I suspect it to be AI.
What makes this especially upsetting is that these unauthorised charges were taken during an extremely difficult period in my life. My sister was gravely ill, and she has since sadly passed away. Because of the stress and emotional strain, I did not notice the payments immediately, but Mastermind were dishonestly taking money without consent.
I had hoped to resolve this matter privately, but the continued lack of communication has left me with no alternative but to share my experience publicly.
I strongly urge anyone considering signing up to be cautious, review your statements carefully, and be aware that trying to cancel or getting support may not be straightforward.

It is an absolute great program,I am learning so much. However, I am still experiencing problems with only having the free version of chatgpt.
