Although I was happy with the bracelet itself, I had asked for my child's communion date to be engraved on the back of the bracelet which wasn't done. I emailed custome service about it but I got no reply back. Very poor Customer Service.

Just received small hoop earrings and a beautiful gold necklace with 4 hearts engraved with my children's initials.
I got a free jewellery box.
The jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and the lovely box.
Quick delivery presented in a gorgeous box too.

Bought a bracelet and unfortunately it snapped soon after. Got onto Customer Care and Caitlin arranged a replacement ASAP, no fuss and no hassle.

Jewellery is beautiful, packaging is nice too and from my experience customer care are amazing.

I called into the Dundrum Town Centre this morning. It was my first time to visit the store. I was buying my 12 yr old daughter a necklace. I was greeted by the lovliest store assistant Jessica. She was absolutely fab. Took me around the store and helped me pick out a necklace that i could get engraved in store within minutes. I also purchased earrings for myself so i could avail of the free jewellery box offer. Jessica made my day. She's a keeper for sure.

Brilliant experience both times I bought the gold bar chain bought them for my 2 daughters for birthdays & are really pleased with them. They wear them in the shower & still like new.

The bar chain is lovely it’s a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately she would prefer a shorter chain. I emailed Dylan oaks to see if possible to shorten but I have not heard back. Packaging was lovely

I ordered a personalisted necklace, only to immediately realise i'd ordered it on the front and back, not the top and front. Immediately emailed customer service. Attempted to use their online hold and edit order function, but it kept saying no order found, come back in 5 minutes. 5 days later it still says this. Then had a dispatch email, with the engraving not how we wanted it. Item has arrived, and its damaged anyway! AVOID.

Recently went into the Belfast store and I want to give a huge shout out to the 3 girls working there the day we were in - Martha, Sophie & Katie. They were the nicest bunch of girls, so professional, so helpful, so friendly. Nothing was a bother to them. Absolutely loved our time in the store and picked up some gorgeous pieces. Thank you girls for a lovely experience x

Got stud earrings . Only had them in a few hours and my ears started to swell burn and itch. Definitely not worth the price. I've wore cheaper from penneys and they never done that to me.

I had an issue with my online order emailed customer service, got a reply from Caitlin that was untrue sent screenshots etc was ignored, asked to cancel the order so I could reorder, was ignored , then got a dispatch email. Terrible customer service I would not buy from them again ! Take your business elsewhere to a company that actually has a phone number for customer service

Caitlin in the customer service team was fantastic, the responses were timely and my issue resolved in a day. Top class customer service

Fab products but an issue arose with my necklace and as soon as i got in contact with customer service it was resolved so quickly. I can’t recommend this brand enough and will definitely be buying from them again.

The staff in Liffey Valley today went above and beyond to help me pick the perfeft presents for my girlfriend for valentines day. Ruth was exceptionally helpful to me and made the overall experience 10/10.

Love Dylan oaks but I especially want to talk about the customer service team who are doing excellent work. Quick replies and issues resolved promptly!
