I got an AI person and she could not understand anything I said. When I got a person, they were off shore and I could hardly understand anything they said.

Customer support is lacking
The customer support is difficult to get ahold of. I spoke with someone who initially sent the voucher over and he said he would call me back to get the reservation adjusted, never called. I called again the following day and requested a call back in the queue, was told it would be about 15, 24hrs later NOTHING. Was able to just book reservations on my own but would have appreciated the ability to ask questions...
