Not recommended
The frames I received looked very different than the Tiffany frames I purchased at Lenscrafter and they arrived bent and really crooked so that one stem is way lower than the other. I see your reply, I did reach out by email but since I can't even find these frames anywhere else, I didn't feel I have many options so you're correct to say that I stalled in speaking up. Although I wouldn't choose to shop here again for obvious reasons, I'm not looking for any compensation or resolution that was time sensitive, I'm simply sharing my experience. I appreciate your taking time to respond and hope you will take equal time to review your quality control as well.

Fast & efficient service
Seen the glasses I purchased online in one of the shops but decided to order online as better price.
Placed order, emailed prescription and glasses arrived within a couple of days. Only disappointment was the glasses cloth cleaner as this wasn’t present and there were expensive glasses.

I have never purchased glasses on line and was slightly nervous that the prescription would be right, they would fit and they would be as I expected. I had seen the Tom Ford glasses in my opticians at double the price so decided to bite the bullet. They arrived today so 3 days after I ordered them and I love them, fantastic service and a quality product, thank you.

Fantastic choice of designer eyewear
Fantastic choice of designer eyewear, website so easy to navigate. Chose a pair of Versace glasses. They arrived from their suppliers very quickly. It was great getting updates on my order. This is my second purchase from JP Optician in 5 years. Their prices are more competitive than other retails and the products are original. Took a bit longer than expected to receive the sunglasses so I chased. I received same day response and the sunglasses arrived a day later. All good on arrival, delivered by DHL. Would recommend using them.

Fantastic experience will come back here 1st
There was a suspected defect on a rare pair od sunglasses I I purchased. I was told prior to shipment via email and shown. It was so miniscule I was really touched by the communication and care given to the purchase thereafter. I received the it and it war literally nothing. They must have zoomed in a lot. The fact that so much care was taken and they gave me a premium case as well really made it for me. Rather than running the risk of me being dissatisfied and sending back. I will now definitely go to JP 1st before going anywhere else.
