My experience with Ofnl has been amazing but mostly down to the engineer who helped me ( KIERAN H ). He explained clearly the issue and how he was going to fix it and got my satellite up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this service but mainly down to the engineer who attended.

Mark W attended today to sort an issue with our ONT.
We moved into the property on 12/02 and ISP activated on 13/02 but fault with the fiber.
Originally told by the ISP engineer would be Monday meaning a weekend telling the children no internet.... Potential disaster!
Mark phoned through to say he would come today (2.5 hour commute) because he wanted to ensure we had internet for the weekend
What a gentleman!
Mark arrived promptly and was so knowledgeable and professional and within 20 mins had full fibre and WiFi throughout the house

Where do I start?
1. OFNL customers can get maximum speeds of 900/900Mbps as compared to other networks which are capable of 2500Mbps
2. OFNL equals monopoly for most new built homes. No other supplier would be available unless they use the OFNL infrastrcture.
3. Suppliers using OFNL infrastructure are charging customers a lot more than they are charging customers on different infrastructures: Same provider charges £35 fro a 1000/1000 package on a different infrastructure and £57 for 900/900Mbps on OFNL.

We first encountered a network outage around 2 weeks ago. We found out a number of residents, also our building management, are also impacted by the outage. I reached out to my network provider, they reset the line and it seemed to have make it work again. Since then, our internet has been unstable, with the need of restarting the router often to get it up and running again.
We were made aware that there was an incident previously with our fibre network provided by OFNL. Given the incident is marked closed, I gave their customer line a ring to see if they have any update about this. While the lady over the phone was very polite, the response I received was "please speak with your network provider" on repeat in different forms.
For customers like us that are not OFNL direct customers, but on an OFNL network (their indirect customer), shall not expect OFNL to provide any support.

Absolutely outstanding service. Mark was clearly an expert in his field and went above and beyond to get everything sorted. What was originally a two-person job was turned around by him alone.
He took real pride in his work, explained things clearly, and didn’t stop until the issue was fully resolved. It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and committed — a huge credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Utterly terrible, customer support is a joke, took a week for a response only to blame the ISP (fibrenest) that they them selves bought and thus own the lines of.
We've has non stop issues since moving into our persimmon home.
We're charged 3x as much than any other provider. They're rip off merchants who charge extortionate whole sale rates to fake micro isps who all provide terrible services. OFNL clearly planned to make them selves look legit by buying fibrenest which is just as bad or worse.
They refuse to stop exploiting their monopoly position, claim to create competition by changing all micro isps the exact same extortionate rate leading to all the providers charging the exact same prices.
They refuse to allow actual providers in like virgin media, open reach, community, city fibre etc as they own the ducts and land they're under
They keep blowing us off, hopefully ofcom and our local MP along with our petition will get rid of them as they refuse to discount for their terrible service that we're forced to use. It's either them or no internet at all.

Kieran H came out to an issue, diagnosed as a faulty fibre cable within minutes, repaired it and had me up and running in no time.
He called me an hour before arriving and said to call on that number if I had any issues.
