I made an error on my order submission, and the company promptly contacted me to confirm my request. This awareness and sensitivity to client base and product knowledge saved me weeks of frustration and incalculable hours of hair-pulling stress.

While the shipping took forever, the shoes I ordered are amazing. They are so beautiful, hold up well and are some of my favorite shoes I own now. Well worth any wait!!

This is now my 3rd time ordering from this company. My daughter is 15 yrs old and 6'3. I'm able to order her shoes that make her feel comfortable and that are age appropriate for her. This past order, we got heels that were a bit tight across the her foot. I was able to reach out to customer service, explain the issue and I was given instructions on how to return it. Yes, I did have to pay for my return which was local, but I was issued my refund in a timely manner. I really appreciate that since it's so hard finding large sizes for her and not being able to try it on. Awesome customer service.

I bought the Rivet Ankle Strap High Heel Sandals, absolutely love them 😍 They fit perfectly, I’m a UK size 5 and they were true to size. They’re super sexy and look exactly like the picture. So glad I bought them.

The packaging was great and everything arrived in perfect condition. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but since they came from overseas, it was understandable and definitely worth the wait 💯

I wore them out and got so many compliments all night. Will definitely be purchasing again.
