I’ve ordered a couple of times and their shoes are well constructed, I honestly wish I ordered sooner. They offer the same style of shoes that most stores stop making at size 8, I’m a size 10 and can finally wear the type of shoes I’ve always wanted they always get compliments too.

Customer service responses are fast and dispatch/delivery to the UK is quicker than their estimated timeframe on their site, usually a couple of weeks max.

Honestly, I like the shoes and they are good price for what they are. They have a lot of variety and usually respond quickly when it comes to orders.

I recently purchased a pair of boots from OnlyMaker, and as always and I couldn't be happier as usual! The quality is outstanding, and they always fit perfectly. What really stands out to me is their excellent customer service. The team is always extremely responsive and flexible, making the whole experience enjoyable every time! Highly recommend!

Frustrating First and Last Purchase

This was my first time buying from Only Maker Shoes, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The returning process is incredibly tedious and frustrating. They only handle returns through email — no phone number for customer service at all — which means you’re stuck going back and forth for days. I’ve been exchanging emails for almost a week, and still, I’ve only been able to return one of the two pairs I purchased because they haven’t given me a clear answer on the second one. For a brand selling internationally, this lack of direct customer support and efficiency is unacceptable. A very disappointing experience overall.

Very helpful in organising a refund for me as they were honest that the delivery wouldn’t arrive in the uk before my event.

I had placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes. The company only sent 1 through FedEx. It was great. Then the other 2 pairs the company went back and forth with me claiming delivery then stating that the 2 additional pairs had switched to another delivery service. Then stated that the shoes were dispatched but at an earlier date. Timelines never aligned and delivery never happened. Company doesn't have a call number and responses are very misleading. They only get a 2 bc I did get one pair on time. I unfortunately do not recommend this store.

Ordered the wrong size and customer service were happy to make the changes I needed before they shipped my order so I didn’t have to worry about the returns process or waiting for new footwear!

Made an error prior to shipping and contacted their support. They responded in a timely manner and corrected my error for me, reassuring my delivery will be sent to the proper address.

Have yet to received the item, but receive an email from them to confirm about my size so that I won’t make a mistake in my order. Nice of them..,

Great experience on both orders. I ordered the wrong size and notified them immediately. They promptly replied and corrected my mistake. Excellent shoe quality.

I needed a refund because my order defaulted to an old address out of mistake. They were very prompt about my need for a return. Thank you so much I will be replacing my order as soon as possible. WITH THE CORRECT ADRESS. lol
