I ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday. I did so before reading the shipping policy. I decided to go ahead and cancel that order because I was concerned it would not make it on time. I emailed customer service and within a few hours I got a response. A+ customer service!

I ordered 2 pairs shoes size US 5 and received a size. Took a week for them to respond because they're in China and guess dont speak English . They didnt believe me and wanted pictures of shoes compared to a size 5 and I sent them. They have been non responsive for two weeks. Putting in formal complaint to fraud department and credit card dispute for scam. They should be shut down for scamming . Please do not order from them !

I had ordered 2 pairs of Loafers. Arrived yesterday. They are true to size ( Mine is US 12) and wide enough for people who feel not very comfortable with regular width.
