The site was easy to navigate through. The service was swift and to the point. When l had a concern and reached out, the response was prompt.

I bought two pairs of shoes to test out for my wedding. One pair was perfect, comfortable, and well made. The other seemed the same but wasn’t the right fit for my style so I chose to return it. Staff was responsive and helpful and I’m pleased with the ordering and returning process. They even allowed me to return them very late with proof they were never worn. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because I had to pay for the return plus I didn’t get a full refund. So I paid 64.99 for the shoe, never wore them, paid 13.75 for the return with no label provided and then was only refunded 51.99 - so I paid a lot of money just to try on this shoe and then return it. Just a heads up!

Quick customer service and gave me a refund super fast after I changed my mind on styles. Prices are in USD but still well priced.

They have a large selection of shoes and majority go up to my size which is 15. I’ve ordered from here for years and haven’t had an issue. Also customer service is very responsive if I need to make a change or cancel an order.

OnlyMaker is a horrible company and not reputable. Do not order from them. I placed an order for shoes in November, their shipper sent me notification that the shoes were returned to sender 10 days later. I notified Onlymaker that day, and they still have not sent me a refund. It has been 60 days and I do not have a refund for a product I never received. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and I order online frequently. Check their website and you will see typos and misspellings in their return policy. They are clearly not a reputable company. Do not order from them. Your money will be stolen and time wasted.

First off amazing shoes beautiful designs and they are sooooo comfortable I've never not gotten a compliment when i wear these shoes what you see on the website is what you get x100 it's just that good I've never had a problem with these shoes and also im in love with the price I've bought at least 4 different shoes from this place and they have never disappointed me also lovely costumer service is just crazy how good everything about this website is

I bought a pair of platform boots but there's an annoying squeak whenever I walk. I tried breaking it in but didn't change it.

Shoes look great and get responses quickly. Only downside is how long they take to make and ship. Definitely pre plan.

Ordered the wrong size. I emailed to change it, and they responded almost immediately and fixed my order.

A representative of Onlymaker contacted me with a concern about the size ordered and it was quickly determined the wrong size had been ordered. Onlymaker was good enough to correct the sizing issue and proced with the order. Great customer service in inquiring about sizing. Well done.

I have ordered from them before and when I say I love my shoes....I love them! Perfect fit! The delivery is ok aswell. And the customer service is pretty good they respond in great timing also did the changes I asked with no problem at all. Like the company very much. Keep up the good work!

It is impossible to exchange items that are the wrong size. Even if the request is perfectly reasonable, e.g. from size 8 to size 9.
