My package was not delivered until I went to the post office and paid for postage due $10.95. I picked up the package after I paid.

I had a couple of questions regarding my order. Customer service responded quickly and was very courtesy.

Even though the dress i ordered took longer than expected the customer service was really great and they responded to my emails quickly giving me updates of when my dress should arrive and I appreciated that. The dresses really pretty and true to the picture

I was nervous about ordering so sent email to customer service before I ever ordered. Confirmed that I could return for a full refund if I simply didn't like the clothes. They agreed. I order 5 items, 2 were out of stock so I asked for them to send the others. At that point they refunded $66 which was about 2/3 of the price of the two items. I don't know where they came up with that amount. Down the road 3 items arrived. All totally different quality than I expected, odd, wide fit in body. I sent email saying I would like to return 2 of the 3 items. They offered me $19 and no return. I said no. Next day offered $25 and no return. I said no. You owe me $59, I don't want the items, won't pay for them. Next day they offered $35. I said I would take $50. Finally they offered $40 for no return and I was worn out, accepted. Ultimately ended up paying way more for the one item I didn't love but thought I could get some wear out of. DO NOT order from this company.

TOTAL scam !The fabric isn't even a quality that I would use to dust furniture. Size is huge. There was no invoice with the merchandise. I have been e-mailing them back & forth all week & they will not provide return shipping info. Yesterday they offered me $30 to keep the clothing instead of telling me how to get a full refund.

I was happy with the dresses received and the response to my enquiries about delivery. I feel that the shipping information should be clearer from the beginning even if the timing is unsure, so the customer can plan accordingly and this will also reduce time for customer service to keep responding to questions.. Also, delivery date should be communicated to the customer instead of having to keep checking status themselves.

Do not order from this company. I have emailed them 3 times about an order and no response. I ordered a dress on Jan. 28th and no delivery information. They do not reply when you contact them.

I ordered three items, none of them were available at the time that I ordered them. They should’ve advised the customers if the item is not available. I spent $136 and I’ve asked for a refund today. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Very cute dress. A bit low cut. I like the style and it fits as expected.
