The Customer Service person, Tom at rewinding was a real help to me today. He privided clear and helpful answers to all my questions about switching, keeping my number and how to use my new sim in the uk and Europe. Excellent help. Thanks Tom.

Best customer service I've had ever! Thomas helped me with my issue and fixed it straight away within a matter of minutes and even made me laugh! I've only been signed up for an hour and I'm already blown away with this mobile network!

We had a problem went away in Croatia with our Internet connection. We spoke to Thomas via WhatsApp and he helped us sort this problem out and gave us travel Sims for while we were away.

I had concerns over the travel charges so planned to leave Re Wild Mobile within the 14 days sign up cooling down period.... BUT I had the best customer service of any mobile network ever! Thomas explained about how I can make travel more affordable by staying with them, helped me work out my data usage with a previous network and answered all my questions quickly and with humour. The ethos of this company is amazing and thanks to his help I've stayed with them as I can now see it IS really affordable if you know what to do! Thanks Thomas!

Needed a physical sim sent out, spoke to a guy called thomas who answered very quickly and was polite, helpful and quick at replying, answered all my questions that i had, would highly recommend 👌👍

It’s very refreshing to be able to talk to a human and not a chat bot that takes you round in circles! Thomas’ communication was speedy, thorough and friendly. I decided to switch providers as unfortunately my indoor signal is not the best. Rewild helped me set up the new SIM - Thomas was very helpful and attentive to the situation as I needed a physical SIM card and nothing was a problem for him, so thank you.

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was paying for a whole month I didn't use, as I joined right at the end of April and paid immediately. I was then waiting for a physical SIM to arrive (I didn't activate the eSIM in my phone, hence why I was contacted incase I was having any issues). By the time I received the SIM I had paid for two months already.

Since this issue, I have received a partial refund on this so that is appreciated. The customer service is very good in comparison to a lot of other mobile providers and they listen to any issues.
