I had concerns over the travel charges so planned to leave Re Wild Mobile within the 14 days sign up cooling down period.... BUT I had the best customer service of any mobile network ever! Thomas explained about how I can make travel more affordable by staying with them, helped me work out my data usage with a previous network and answered all my questions quickly and with humour. The ethos of this company is amazing and thanks to his help I've stayed with them as I can now see it IS really affordable if you know what to do! Thanks Thomas!

It’s very refreshing to be able to talk to a human and not a chat bot that takes you round in circles! Thomas’ communication was speedy, thorough and friendly. Rewild Review
I decided to switch providers as unfortunately my indoor signal is not the best. Rewild helped me set up the new SIM - Thomas was very helpful and attentive to the situation as I needed a physical SIM card and nothing was a problem for him, so thank you.
The only thing I was a little disappointed in was paying for a whole month I didn't use, as I joined right at the end of April and paid immediately. I was then waiting for a physical SIM to arrive (I didn't activate the eSIM in my phone, hence why I was contacted incase I was having any issues). By the time I received the SIM I had paid for two months already.
Since this issue, I have received a partial refund on this so that is appreciated. The customer service is very good in comparison to a lot of other mobile providers and they listen to any issues.
