I rented a mid SUV in USA from Miami to Las Vega for three weeks.
After a couple of days, the car signaled that it needed to be serviced.
I call the on-line support in NL and they were very friendly and efficient. Then I brought the car to another rental site and the car was changed very quickly and without any trouble.
Everything was then very smooth and no (bad) surprises.
