Certainly we understand your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately our hands are tied regarding the shipping costs. Only for an order price up to 250,00 €, shipped by DHL, the shipping costs are free. Concerning the return shipping costs, out of Germany, for a return against a refund or exchange unfortunately the costs must always be paid. Only if it is a wrong or defective delivery from our part that you communicate us shortly after receipt of the order, we we take over the shipping costs.
