Breathe Easy Performance Nasal Strips
Breathe Better. Perform Better.
Applied Nutrition Performance Nasal Strips are designed to help improve airflow by gently opening the nasal passages, making breathing feel easier during training, competition and recovery. Whether you're lifting weights, running, cycling or sleeping, these comfortable adhesive strips help support unrestricted nasal breathing without the need for medication.
Each strip features a flexible tension band that lifts the sides of the nose to reduce airflow resistance while remaining secure through intense workouts thanks to a strong, sweat-resistant adhesive. Easy to apply and comfortable to wear, they're suitable for everyday training, race day or overnight use.
