This subwoofer was matched to my Dynaudio floorstanding speakers and it works beautifully. Music is enhanced without any boominess (after tuning in) and I can hear more clarity in the midrange and bass lines are punchy. The pace it displays is fantastic, with no lag at all in very complex fast paced tracks. I also have it connected to my Denon AV amp and it is great with movies too, providing very punchy bass. In my opinion, an excellent sub for a reasonable price.
