Damaged product swiftly replaced
I mostly use the web service when ordering and have had no issues until recently when an enclosure arrived that had obviously had something heavy stacked on top of it as the door was severely bowed when we unpacked it.
Full marks to my local branch though as they organised for it to be collected and credited while I ordered another for next day delivery to meet my deadline.
In my opinion the way a company handles problems like this is far more representative of their service than when everything is going smoothly, this issue was handled very well with minimal fuss.
(Of course if it had arrived undamaged it would have been a 5 star review! :) )
