Hi Steven, we’re very sorry to hear you haven’t been able to properly assemble your Ciello XL, especially after spending days trying to get everything aligned.
A member of our Product Claims team has followed up with you directly to troubleshoot and request a little more information about the misalignment you’re experiencing. This will help us identify the source of the issue and determine the right solution to get your sofa properly assembled.
Thank you for your patience while we look into this with you, Steven. We hope to get this resolved as smoothly as possible.
