Antwoord van Cozey
Hello Eric,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that this left you feeling disappointed, as that is never the impression we want to give.
Cozey is proudly a Canadian company. Our products are thoughtfully designed in Canada, from the overall concept and collections to the configurations, materials, and customer experience. We work with trusted manufacturing partners overseas because it allows us to bring those designs to life at scale while maintaining the quality, consistency, and accessibility we want to offer our customers.
We understand that country of origin is important, and we appreciate you sharing how this impacted your experience. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving the way we communicate these details more clearly.
We sincerely value you taking the time to share your experience.
