Hi David. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your polycarbonate sheet. Can I please check that you have removed the protective film on both sides of your sheet? This should explain why it is not clear, and if you find that the actual sheet is damaged underneath then please send us an email to info@cutmy.co.uk with a photo of the damaged sheet and we will arrange a replacement for you.

What an excellent company, needed a small sheet of polycarbonate, with various holes etc. To buy a sheet would have cost a lot more than having Cut My make me the specific item. It was delivered in 2 day! And fitted perfectly. Well chuffed. I couldn’t find a coloured option though. Only transparent. Maybe I wasn’t looking in the right place.

Hi Matt. Thank you for your kind review. We are so pleased that you are happy with your polycarbonate sheets and that we could accommodate for the cut-outs too! We don't currently offer coloured polycarbonate sheets, but we are looking into providing custom coloured polycarbonate sheets in the near future so please watch this space!
Good range

I am afraid I can't give any stars for this product or company. We placed an order on 24th May and eventually received the sheet but it was cut to the wrong size. We emailed them informing them of this on 16th June and received an automated response saying they were exceptionally busy but would get back to us in 72 hours. On 21st June I emailed them again and received another automated response saying they were still exceptionally busy but would get back to us in 7 days. We have heard nothing further. There is no published phone number to call, you can only get in touch by filling out an online contact code. So we are extremely dissatisfied having been provided with incorrect goods that they have taken payment for and are still not responding

Hi Keith. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have just checked and I can see that Ricardo from our customer experience team has replied to your emails to offer a resolution for the wrong sized product being sent to you. I apologise for the delay in us getting back to you and for the incorrect order and I hope that Ricardo can provide you with an acceptable resolution to this issue.

Excellent service. Lareg Garden Table Top Glass cover smashed in a gale. This material is safer, and will not break or shatter. Very accurate cutting, edging and delivery. Thank you
