The product was as advertised,but delivery was very slow
The product was as advertised,but delivery service was disapointing part. I had to follow up on my order, and still received after 6 days post posting an order despite 1-3 days advertised.

bought 2 cartridges at 10.30am
bought 2 cartridges at 10.30am, fitted them and they wouldn't work. Phoned shop and he said to bring cartridges and printer which I did so. There at 12.30pm it was the colour cartridge causing the trouble, I think his name was Walter, he changead at all was well. He was very helpful.

Package not delivered correctly…
I ordered a fiber optic cable and it arrived fast. My only problem is that i paid for shipping to come home but it was sent to a locker box instead. There were 3 options ACS, BoxNow and delivery to your residence. The one to be delivered home was more expensive than the rest. Mone the less that was the only issue. Im giving it a 3 star because not only the delivery method was different i wasnt even informed about it. If i ware to be informed i would be more understanding.
Lefkios the store manager called me and explained the situation i give it one more start for the effort and apology.

Excellent follow-up by 'phone. Necessary because it was more difficult online to select the right toners. I searched by printer model and ended up ordering the wrong ones. This was sorted out on the telephone conversation - so full marks there.
