After having a draughty ill fitting door since 2018, Door stop International redeemed their selves today.
After my bad reviews recently on their Face book advert, a technician came round and sorted my badly fitted draughty door out. The door was fitted by Right Frame L.t.d. of Sheffield, not Door Stops fault. Cant thank Door Stop enough for going the extra mile.

Fantastic CUSTOMER SERVICE from a really honest and trustworthy company. They supply really great doors with superb follow-up and support. Highly recommended. This is the second time they have sorted out replacement rubber door strips.

Wanted to replace a seal on our door so emailed Door-Stop parts and Eve responded within a couple of hours with the information i needed and who i needed to contact to pay for the parts.

We had a Door-Stop composite door fitted just over 10 years ago and are very pleased with it. Some minor hinge adjustments were needed recently but our installer is no longer trading - I contacted Door-Stop directly and Eve promptly sent me the instructions to do this ourselves. Thank you!

I had an issue with my front door not shutting properly this has gone on for a few years now the installer has been out numerous times and after a while the issue would materialize again I have had a new hinge and lock but still had the problem with the door not closing properly and extremely hard to open . This time I had a lad called Ian ( a credit to your company)come out From door stop . Extremely knowledgeable explained about the problem I was having and what he done to rectify it . Very polite and tidy workmanship .The door is now closing better than it did from day one .

I must admit I had low expectations when I first reached out to the Door-Stop team, simply because our door was outside warranty and had been installed by the previous owners of our flat. However, I was so wonderfully surprised. Eve chased down the technical information I needed even when well outside her domain of expertise. The issue was resolved and new parts sent out. Responses were always prompt and informative. Such a great experience. I am very impressed. Thank you DSI team!

Needed some replacement bottom door seals for both my doors as these had perished after 10 years of being fitted. Emailed Door-Stop International and got a reply and pricing quote back the next day from Eve. I placed my order and payment and the seals were sent out that day. Brilliant customer service and helpful communications and status updates 👍

I needed very specific bottom door seals which had perished, the door was fitted about 13 years ago. Eventually found out it was a Door-stop door, contacted their parts department. For less than a fiver, two meters was delivered a few days later. Nice one

A really good service - needed some replacement parts for an old Door-Stop composite door so emailed on the off chance they could help.

Had a reply within a few hours with the parts and the price and once paid the items were delivered next day.

I have received excellent service from Sophie and the team at DoorStop. We had a dispute between ourselves and the installer regarding a front door from DoorStop. Sophie went above and beyond to resolve the issues caused by the installer. All through the process Sophie's communication was excellent. Always prompt reply to emails and always available to chat on the phone. They didn't have to deal with us direct but they did. I can't stress how helpful Sophie was.
