Very pleased with the quality of my book. Found ordering process quite easy to use once I’d sorted page breaks on my document

Easy to use website with lots of guidance, easy upload process. I'm really pleased with the final product, which is a memoir for my Mum for her 90th. I think she'll love it and I can't wait to give it to her. I chose gloss front and back and they look great. I wasn't sure what sort of paper the pages would be printed on and was worried they might be matte or thin and see-through, but they are just like good quality, slight gloss book pages. Production and delivery was within the timescale I was given, with an option for expedited if needed. The only downside was that it wasn't easy (and in fact I gave up in the end) to add text for the spine. To do this you needed to create an entire design that incorporated the front cover, back cover and spine. It's only a small thing though.

If you are looking to have your book turned into a hardback book, look no further. An all round excellent customer experience from uploading to receiving the quality product. Highly recommended.

Great product, looks stunning. My only issue is with the pricing, and due to this i have found an alternative supplier for future orders

The print quality and quality of the finished product was fantastic.

Setting up the book was easy and straight-forward. The quality was superb and delivery was quick (if a bit expensive).

The quality is great and very happy just the standard delivery could be a bit quicker than having to pay the faster more expensive options

Excellent Quality

I have dropped my annual rating to four stars, as Doxzoo does not allow me to promote it via Facebook when it offers the chance of prizes for doing so via other social media platforms - the ones I do not use. I have mentioned this to them several times. No complaints elsehow.

Great price, great quality. Fairly easy to navigate and backed up with great online support.

Excellent service and quality. I had a few problems with my second order - slight damage to two books, probably caused by the courier. Having provided photographic proof of the issue, they were replaced with no quibble. Would definitely use again.
