Delayed deliveries, cancelled product, extremely poor customer service

Good quality and unique options of tiles, good quality of accessories, taps and furniture. The service (Brentford shop) was absolutely fantastic, from everyone on the team, from first inquiry to post installation.

My shower looks beautiful in my small bathroom. Easy to install and easy to clean. Very very happy with purchase. The service was great staff was very helpful and friendly.

hello , my rating would be a lot higher but unfortunally having spent over £3000 on a shower tray /screen etc.
when we discovered that the screen we had ordered was to large we tried to return it only to be told that it was unreturnable as we had opened the packaging !!!!
the screen is completely new ,all fixing etc are with it
photos of this were sent to your retuns department but no becuase the box has been opened no return accepted !!
so i now have a £403 shower screen that i can not use , so what am i ment to do with it ???
not only that i am out of pocket for said amount !

Good service and pleased with our purchases. Leanne was very helpful and friendly. Did not go ahead with the fitting service though as too expensive.

Easy Bathrooms have an extensive showroom which enabled us to make informed choices about our requirements. They organised the order and delivery of the shower which required full payment prior to despatch. They also gave us a list of approved plumbers to carry out the work. We did our research and chose a plumber, Richard Brady, who did an excellent job and kept us informed at every stage. The reason for only 2 stars is because the parts ordered by Easy Bathrooms were incorrect. The 2 wall panels ordered, which should interlock together were both male so would not connect for a watertight seal. This required me to then purchase a further panel from Easy Bathrooms for £148 to complete the work, which was delayed until it arrived. This error was due to an incorrect order from Easy Bathrooms and I felt that they should have payed for the extra panel to correct their mistake, but they declined. Mistakes do happen, but it is how you handle that is important.

We picked and ordered no issues. Organised a plumber and tiler, who booked us in to do the work while we were on holiday. Tiles arrived, we got notification and picked them up. Only once we took a tile out to go and get a floor tile to match did we notice the difference. Nothing was mentioned when we ordered or collected that the design was completely different, even the size. Luckily we noticed, or we would have came back from holiday to completed bathroom in a tile that we didn't order or want!

At the very least, someone should have said either when purchasing or when collecting. A pretty poor way to do business!

Just check when collecting, then check and check again, if your buying. We are out of pocket, but a lesson learned!

Despite a couple of hiccups, our experience with Easy Bathrooms has been a pleasure. We are extremely happy with the final result - our new bathroom is everything we could have hoped for & more.

We call out Martin Halladams (Burton Upon Trent branch) for being cool, calm & collected - he made things far less stressful & eased the sorting of any issues - he is a real asset to the company.

This company just gets better and better , the customer service is amazing and nothing is too much trouble . Tariq from Solihull is just so helpful and all the staff so polite and lovely .

I’m a tile contractor based in Sheffield but have quite a lot of work out in chesterfield so I use the easy bathrooms because they have quality adhesives and grout and tile trims and dean and the rest of the staff very helpful on which products are best for different jobs would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking good quality tiles

Jade was extremely easy to deal with in every aspect of the process and was helpful in giving advice when needed

Georgia dealt with our initial enquiry & planned the design & helped with finding right fittings etc. She was very efficient & sent us quotes & plans which were very useful. Our further questions were answered & further advice given.
All members of staff we dealt with were very polite & helpful. Very satisfied with the service & goods we bought.

Good staff and good service

Started well. The store helped me create two bathrooms. Jenny in the Stafford branch was a great help.

Since then though has all been a bit of a mess.

2 failed deliveries. Despite paying a high delivery fee.

Then when the items finally arrived, pieces were missing. My plumber was constantly having to find work elsewhere due to the delays and mistakes.

Now one of the showers has failed. And despite contacting them over 3 weeks ago, little progress has been made to fix it, despite a selling point being the guarantee for the goods

It all seems a bit silly. For example, the shower unit is faulty as it flicks from cold to very hot with barely any movement of the dial, but before they would do anything I had to send pictures of the fault. How on earth can you show something being too hot I'm a picture!

Real shame, the plumber recommended I use them, but even he regretted that, and I certainly do now as well.

They were very friendly & helpful in store. I have now used this store a few times & I highly recommend

would of been a 5 star if they hadn't messed our delivery option up
