Not fatty or gristly; but, still really tasty.

New and Improved Recipe! mmm...Delicious!
Enjoy classic old-world Corned Beef Brisket from 100% Grass-fed, Grass-finished beef. There's no need to wait for St. Patrick's Day. Due to popular request, we will now be making this brisket year round.
We use our special in-house, all-natural recipe for the brine without any MSG, nitrates, or dairy products. Simply delicious, down to the last bite!
US Wellness Meats recommends cooking the Corned Beef Brisket LOW and SLOW for superior tenderness. Fantastic in the crockpot paired with vegetables, especially the classic cabbage and onions.
Ingredients: beef, water, sea salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, coriander, citric acid, pickling spice (natural spices: clove, cinnamon, allspice)
Each Corned Beef Brisket averages 2 pounds.
All of US Wellness Meats’ beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

We made this corn beef for St. Patrick’s Day. I was very impressed with not only the quality but the flavor and it doesn’t have all the processed garbage that regular corn beef has in it. I can honestly say this was the best corned beef I have ever eaten.

This is the best corned beef I've had. It does sell out a lot, especially around St. Patrick's Day! I try to wait for a code or sale because I usually buy less expensive cuts of meat. But this is a special treat, and after all, eating healthy is an investment. Thank you, Wellness Meats!

This corned beef is the best ever. It has such a great flavor. It doesn’t have that glob of fat on it that you get in the grocery store.

This was a better corned beef brisket than what you used to sell years ago. The flavor pack is way better and much more authentic. The meat was really good.

I made this for St. Patrick's Day. I braised it in a slow cooker with unsalted beef broth and added cabbage, carrots, and potatoes to the last couple hours of cooking. The meat came out tender and the cabbage and potato were infused with wonderful flavor. The pickling spices came in their own small bag so it was easy to remove them before serving. I will definitely buy this again.

Hubby said he really liked it. I would have liked it better without the citric acid. Citric acid today is not from lemons and limes...it's made in a lab from black mold

Thank you for bringing up citric acid and giving us the opportunity to discuss this ingredient in more detail. Initially, we had no concerns as it is a USDA-approved item. However, after conducting further research, we have decided to phase out the use of citric acid in all our products. We will first cycle through our current inventory of Corned Beef and replace any instances of citric acid with the original lemon juice. Please look out for our updated label to ensure the product is free from manufactured citric acid. We appreciate your diligence and thank you again for bringing this to our attention. --US Wellness Meats Team 🤠
