I had my upper lip and chin laser treatment with Zana at the Laser Clinic in Stratford Westfield, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly attentive throughout the appointment, made me feel comfortable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She also gave me really helpful aftercare advice, which I really appreciated. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I look forward to booking more sessions with her. Thank you, Zana!

I’ve been attending the Cambridge branch for my laser treatments, and while the treatment itself has been good, the appointment management has been incredibly disappointing.

On numerous occasions, my appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic. Today was particularly frustrating—I received a call from the Coventry branch just one hour before my appointment, by which point I had already driven into town, paid for parking, and prepared for my treatment. I was then told they were short-staffed and asked to reschedule.

This isn’t an isolated incident; it’s happened several times. I organise my schedule around these appointments, and because I work during the week while the clinic is open, weekends are my only option. Last-minute cancellations are incredibly inconvenient and stressful especially 2 weeks before a holiday.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Laser Clinics emphasises the importance of attending laser appointments consistently to achieve the best results. Regularly cancelling customers’ appointments completely defeats that purpose. We pay thousands of pounds for these treatments and should be able to rely on the service we’ve paid for.

Despite all of this, I want to give a special mention to Preet at the Cambridge branch. She was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to fit me into my usual appointment time after the cancellation, and throughout my visit she was professional, kind, and reassuring. She was also left to manage the clinic on her own for the entire day, which is unfair on both her and the customers. Thank you, Preet, for providing such excellent service despite the circumstances.

My issue is not with the staff at the Cambridge branch—it’s with the repeated poor scheduling and lack of adequate staffing. I sincerely hope management addresses this, as customers deserve a far more reliable service.

Worst experience iv had in Manchester laser clinic branch. The staff are so inconsiderate, they cancel appointments just the night before the appointment whenever they want and don’t even care but we get 48h cancellation fee. I was at Chelmsford branch and they were perfect but the arndale branch has not put the right setting on and I know it as I have done my laser with another branch for a long time. They never have staff and always say that someone is gone off sick that’s why. Really poor customer service too.

I’ve attended Grand Central laser clinic for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all so friendly. Dom, in particular was very knowledgeable about the process and listened to my needs. She made me feel immediately at ease and reassured me. She explained each step and why she was doing each one. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Dom.

I have had good laser hair removal sessions with other staff and I had a session with Ana for the first time today. I really appreciated that she made sure to double check the pre and post care with me, ask me about my progress, the thinness of my hair, making sure she understood what I wanted and checking in during the therapy to make sure it wasn't too intense. She was very thorough yet kind. Great service!

Strongly not recommended…she charge me a lot for laser and after treatment it’s really terrible, it feels like bump on my face and seems burning everywhere on my skin even after 3 days….the staff is really non professional, if you want to spend your money then please choose wisely.

Both of the ladies on my treatment made me feel like a queen, my little confidence has improved thabks for this lovely 2 ladies. I'll be back for sure x

My experience from walking in to having my treatment with the Dr for botox was amazing the team made me feel comfortable would definitely go back and already have recommended friends and family thank you for making my experience wonderful 😊

I have been visiting the clinic for 1 year, I am satisfied with the result. Previously, I felt discomfort when visiting. But today I am very satisfied with the professionalism of Shiolah, she did the job extremely professionally, next time I will book an appointment, only with this professional lady

I attend a consultation appointment this morning at the clinic in Silverburn to find out some more information regarding laser hair removal.

Throughout the appointment Nicole went through lots of information regarding the treatment as well as pre & post care. She was very professional & friendly. I did not feel pressured to book any treatments or buy any products.

I left feeling confident that my treatment is going to be carried out in a clean environment by professionals.

I’m really disappointed with how this has been handled. This is the second time in a row my appointment has been cancelled the day before, and it’s extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
On top of that, refusing to return my deposit feels unfair given that these cancellations were not my fault. I don’t feel comfortable continuing with this service, but unfortunately I’ve been left with no choice at the momentl

Charn has been my therapist for over a year now, she makes me feel totally
comfortable and is very thorough. My laser results have been amazing and I would totally recommend Charn at laser clinics Bluewater to anyone!

I’ve had laser done in the past with 2 other competitors and it was never done right. They always hurried through the sessions and I barely saw any results after.

That being said, since starting doing my sessions with Seni in the Clapham Junction branch, I saw results straight away. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable and knows exactly what settings to use for each case.

And to top it all off she’s not only professional, but also very warm and kind.

Not happy with my experience today,lady that done my laser was like shes in a hurry and she finished it in 5 mins hope this not happen with me again as i have booked 10 sessions.

I have done my laser hair removal treatment with cris in white city Westfield and had an amazing experience. I have few treatments with her and she is brilliant have some tips from her too. Also she is very kind and friendly taking extra care during treatment as well thanks cris xx
