DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE - UPPER LEADERSHIP SUCKS. IS A SCAM. DAMAGED MY CAR AND $250 RUG AND CANNOT GIVE PROPER WAY TO PUT IN CLAIM. SCAMMERS RUN AWAY FORM THEM! YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO FILE CLAIM THEY MAKE IT HARD TO FILE IN-APP. HERE IS INSTRUCTION PAGE. SUCKS!

Very efficient workers. Enjoyed the contact with the service providers via messaging to insure work would be performed as expected.

I have been waiting three weeks for my service. Monday will make four weeks. Yet I’m on a two week interval service just to give you an idea of reliability. I wrote a google review on a previous issue like this one a month ago. Issue was never resolved. They came out eventually to cut my grass. Here we are again. I only had one good service between then and now. Back to the same script. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Finally do and they don’t do anything but switch your pro. I’ve been through at least 20 pros since starting this service two months ago. The pros just keep rescheduling until the system switches them. Complete scam. Two months and they’ve cut my grass a total of twice.

Lawn Starter is awesome. They come out when they say they’re going to. They mow your lawn and it looks perfect. You can add on things you know if they’re missing you want like the hillside done or the storm drain done or what not and they just do it and it’s just perfect and I like them.

We had a great experience! He showed up on time, did an excellent job mowing and cleaning up the yard, and everything looked neat and professional when he was finished. It's hard to find someone reliable these days, and they exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable lawn care! 🌿🚜

My service provider has been great, on time, notifies me of the arrival time and hasn't missed a mow yet.

They damaged the underpinning of my home and then said unless you got cameras to prove it they cant do anything . If you care about your property being damaged and not paid for please don't use this service. Read the reddit reviews not theirs.

I gave LawnStarter a chance to mow my lawn every two weeks. The first mow went fine, but for the second one, I had to repeatedly call just to get them to show up. My grass grew so high I was afraid the HOA would fine me. After over a month of this, I called to cancel, and they convinced me to let them do one final mow. I assumed this would be free, but it wasn't — they charged me $64 for that mow and sent me to collections when I didn't pay. That's an outrageous price for basic lawn mowing with no additional services. I now pay $36 every two weeks for the same service elsewhere. Avoid this company.

Dependable and consistently good service. It's nice to come home from work and have the yard look nice without having to pull out of our equipment to do it ourselves. Between the heat and all of the rain this summer, it was beyond difficult to keep up with our yard work while working full time jobs and taking care of grandbabies. So thankful to find dependable and affordable lawn service.

I was very pleased when I arrived home to see how nice the yard looked!! The edging was clean and well defined...a feature that is very important to me. I like a manicured look and this week is what I got. Well done!

LAWN STARTER IS A SCAM NOBODY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DO A LAW OF LAWN CARE , NEXT THING I RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS CLAIMING SOMEONE DID MY LAWN ON THE 10TH I WAS IN my home no one came to do anything lawn treatment even lawn mowing first the price was $79 they cancelled now they have been texting $33 which no service was rendered .

As a first time customer, I was greatly disappointed with LawnStarter. Signed up for the 3-visit package. First appointment was set. LawnStarter sent me a confirmation with provider's information. Appointment day came, I sent my provider a text in the morning asking for a head's up when they were on their way. No response. After 3:30 I hadn't heard from the provider, I called LawnStarter. I was told the providers work from dawn to dusk. When I asked for a time frame, the representative couldn't give me one and told me to give the provider at bit more time. About 6:30, I received another text saying my appointment had been cancelled and was rescheduled to a different day and time - which was not convenient. I made another call to LawnStarter and told them what had happened. Was then told that this happens and was asked what day would be convenient. I reiterated that I was a new customer and didn't feel this was a good start. The LawnStarter representative said she understood. Re-scheduled for another day with a new provider. The night before the new rescheduled appointment, I sent the same request to let me know when they were on their way. No response. Mid-morning of the day of the appointment, I received a text saying my appointment had been cancelled AGAIN and rescheduled for another day. I immediately called LawnStarter and cancelled all further appointments. I explained my experiences, told the representative how disappointed I was with their service. The representative offered to send a "top provider" if I re-scheduled. This prompted me to ask if I had been scheduled with poor no- show providers? The representative stuttered. Once again, I told her to cancel my 3-visit package, IMMEDIATELY. She said she would send me an email confirming my request. I asked that she also send me a text as well. As of this writing, I have not received either. One star is way too generous....
