I am extremely happy with the result from LS’ first visit and mowing. First, signing up, making appointment, and communication process is very easy, friendly, convenient, and effective, all done by App and confirmed by text and/or email! Jose’s team kept the appointment time and came to my property as promised. We were not home but they did the job meticulously and lawn looks fantastic. No mess. Then they notified me in every step. They do not require pre-payment because they want to make sure that I am happy with the result. Paying through the LS app is very easy and simple! I recommend them strongly.

Steven’s service has been excellent and they are easy to communicate with.

Seriously if I could leave zero stars, that is what I would choose. Since starting this service 6+ months ago, we have had nothing but issues. The first time someone came the weedeater damaged our air conditioning unit has it cut through wires at the back of the Unit. In addition, we’ve had several cancellations, they say they’re going to reschedule and they don’t and then the service just assigns you to a new pro, which is what they call their service providers. Pro is most definitely not the definition that needs to be used. They are definitely not professional! The latest issue is that the service provided was horrific. Lots of tall grass left next to the fence line. They moved our trash cans from our fence line and just threw them into the alley and didn’t bother to put them back in their place. This company is shameful! Do not waste your money or your time keep looking. This is not the answer.

I started using LawnStarter for my mowing and trimming needs for my yards, since 2023, because i travel for business. I wasn't really happy with whom they assigned. The main reason is that they weren't reliable and consistent in their service calls. The last "pro" would reschedule a lot and ultimately just flaked on me and never showed up. That left me scrambling to find someone to take up the slack, while my yards were getting overgrown. The HOA is always driving around like sharks looking to fine anyone that hasn't mowed their yards, and is overgrown. Also, they don't follow my instructions to text me on the day of service so I can give the pro the code for the key to unlock the the gate to access my backyard. They finally sent me a pro who did text me and got the job done, and didn't charge me extra for the overgrown backyard. I hope this pro will be consistent and reliable to show up and not flake on me like the last one. Also, the only way to communicate with customer service is through chat, which I find annoying and frustrating because I'd rather talk to a live person than chat! Also, one customer service agent tells me one thing, and another tells me something totally opposite! How can I trust what they are telling me!

We have been with lawn starter for over 4 years they have been great they are always on time. If there is a change in schedule Thessaloniki always keep me posted. They are highly recommended the best

I put new sod in my back yard and it is doing great
Beau does a great job. Last mowing I recieved from Beau. He didn't do the backyard because of the new sod.
The installers said I could mow the back yard. Well Beau came back and mowed the backyard. That's good customer service. Thanks Beau!

Lawn looks great and they finally blew off the dead leaves in one corner of back patio. Now maybe they will get the opposite corner of dead leaves under the wrought iron table/chairs. Living in hope.
