Diego did an excellent job on our lawn. He was quick, efficient, and professional. Our lawn looks great and are pleased to continue forward with his great service and also how user friendly and easy it is to sign up with LawnStarter.

Great service and on schedule

It's so convenient using this service, especially as someone whose work schedule makes it hard to make calls during the day. There are a few minor quirks that could be improved. For example, issuing payment for a service appears to be tied to giving a rating for that service (which isn't very intuitive). Also, for lawn care, I don't think it is appropriate to make "tipping" a standard part of the payment process. These are jobs people give quotes for. I don't think it is typical to pay tips on work like that. Those are some pretty minor issues though, and overall I have been very happy with the service.

Lee always does an excellent job with what he has to deal with. Always keeps me updated if he needs to adjust his schedule. And I appreciate his kindness and hard work. Thanks for rewarding him,

My lawn crew (Fredrick) always does a great job with my lawn as well as keeps me informed if there needs to be a change in schedule and helps me out if I need to do the same for rescheduling.

Lawn team always did a good job. My only complaints is that my grass was cut too short each time and it killed my st. Augustine grass that I had paid a Mini fortune for.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability from this company. Their crew caused clear and documented damage to my vines with a weed whacker, and instead of owning up to it, they’ve refused to cover the cost or take any responsibility. The damage wasn’t immediately visible—it took time for the vines to start dying—but I have photo evidence showing exactly what happened.

What’s worse is that they allowed unqualified or careless individuals to do the work, and now they’re washing their hands of the consequences. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you care about your property, I’d think twice before hiring or working with them.

I have had a plethora a problems with Lawnstarter. For the first year, it was great. We were remote and they cut our lawn and sent us pictures. No complaints. The crew was great, until they weren't. However, after that we've had nothing but issues. The app is HORRIBLE. We had damage done to an outside drain cover and they did nothing for us. I had to replace it. I sent them pictures of before and after, the pro just canceled our service and we were out of the $$ to fix it. Lawnstarter, as a company, distanced themselves completely. It was up to the pro! They often didn't show, and didn't let us know or they just rescheduled for a week later, when I needed them to come out when they were scheduled...not a week later. This is a really crappy company. Their pros are hit or miss. Not worth the problems!

The service given was great! My hedge was trimmed and I was informed of the need for additional dirt to fill in the near the fence for a better looking lawn.

Susy Mia was very responsive to all my questions in a timely manner. Susy kept me well informed as to when the crew was on their way.

Lawnstarters sent out a professional who did a fantastic job. His namw was Jeremy and I cant recommend both Lawnstarters or Jeremy enough.

After trying several other landscaping vendors, I hope I have finally found the perfect fit with this landscaper. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.”

I am an absentee owner. Found RSLawn on LawnStarter, put out bid for the job.
RSLawn answered, showed at appointed time, did an excellent job (according to neighbors). Offered to do more work than originally planned. I accepted offer. Fair price.... Work completed... looks amazing.

Ramiro did a great job helping me with my yard today! He did an awesome job, guided me through the process and helped me with other stuff that I wasn’t even aware I would recommend him always !

Kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. This was the first mow at my new house - so things were a bit overgrown. The team came in and whipped the lawn into quick shape. We then chatted about the best path to make the yard cleaner and the lawn healthier - including recommending I delay a project I would have started (which will save me a lot of $$)!

The landscaper the company sent out does a very good job! My lawn was taken care of 2 times by the same person. He’s the best!!!! He listens and answers all of my questions. He responds back quickly. I love his professionalism and the work he does!!
