Easy and convenient

It was hassle free. He was very good at communicating and did a great job. With the lawn hope to get him back here again.

I was disappointed with having my lawn service rescheduled twice after scheduling the service 2wks ahead of time! I had to really get aggressive to make sure that I was assigned a service. I appreciated that Z&D Lawncare stepped up for my lawn care. I like the fact that Kevin at Z&D is very responsive and communications. Communication is key. I hope to keep Z&D as my service.

My lawn care professional does a wonderfully job on my lawn every time. He cuts, trims, & edges my lawn perfectly. He also informs me when my lawn needs extra care such as weed removal.

I'm very pleased with Rolando and his team. courteous and efficient. My yard is cut to my specifications and looks great!!!

Anthony was our mower.. we were thinking he was bringing a crew together. But he went solo. He did our bushes and cut the whole yard. He made the yard look beautiful again! I will recommend Anthony and the lawn starter to anyone.

Unprofessional and careless service.

I hired lawnstarter for lawn care, and not only was the quality of the work mediocre, but one of their contractors also caused damage to my vehicle while trying to access my backyard. I was out of town and reported it as soon as I returned, but the company refused to take responsibility due to a “5-day reporting policy” — instead of standing behind their service or contractors.

I’ve since canceled their service and am handling the repairs myself. I do not recommend this company if you care about accountability, quality, or communication. There are better and more honest companies out there.

They never showed up when they were scheduled. Also, they are stealing money from my account. I am calling the police and get them involved in this theft. Beware of this company.

After our previous yard maintenance and mowing service provider had let us know they were no longer offering mowing services, I came across LawnStarter. I filled out a form and within less than a day I was in contact with the company to provide details on the property (a row home in Frederick, MD) and receiving very competitive quotes.
The lawn was edged and mowed within a week, with the clippings blown off all walkways. The services are great and professional, and we will be continuing to use LawnStarter for bi-weekly services until the end of the season.
Easy to communicate with and manage through their app or website, great service. Highly recommend.

The person who came to mow my yard was a great communcator, worked hard, was friednly and explained everything and worked hard and was complete in less than 1 hour.
