Very efficient and fast service

The person sent out had some sort of issue and came out with just a push mower and no edger. I give him credit for putting in work, but it didn't look good.

After I called to cancel service and was told that they 'request' you to do 3 mows before they will allow you to cancel, even though their faq specifically says there is no contract or lock-in. I couldn't get escalated to someone who could cancel until I told them I would be filing a complaint.

They have been doing a fantastic job on my lawn. Yard looks great

After Dominique has done his job on 6/8/2024, he sent me a communication to let me know if I would satisfy with his job. I requested the photos of my yards before and after the job, then he quickly responded by sending me the photos for my review. I liked this communication. This is my first experience, so I don't have much about what I need more to say. Thank you so much for your service.

I booked my first service with Lawn Starter on Tuesday. Easy to use their app to book lawn service and add-on services. I added on a bunch of stuff (leave removal, weeds, debris removal from my planter beds, even pet waste removal). Less than 48 hours later, I was completely dazzled by the impeccable work Hugo and his wife did. My yard has not looked this great in years!

Hard working crew, put effort into completing job correctly. Hope to continue to use in future.

I had a rental property that I needed lawn mowing for while vacant. I do not live close to the property so I did not have the ability to visually see them mowing. There were at least two occurrences where I did visit the property within 1-3 days after I was billed for the mowing but the grass did not appear to have been mowed. Photos with time stamps were provided to Lawnstarter but they were not satisfied with those. They sided with their "contractor" because of a GPS timestamp that the contractor had arrived at the property as billed, but they were not able to do the same validation of the duration of that visit. I do NOT recommend this service unless there is an ability to visually see them provide the service.

Thomas is a quick and efficient guy who also takes safety into consideration. When my neighbor had their dogs out there was a gap in the fence they could fit through. Thomas contacted me and we sorted a way to block the fence so he could work safely. Instead of dropping the job he found a way to get it done and it was greatly appreciated.
