Excellent Yard Service

William is the best. He always shows up on time, does an excellent job. He goes above and beyond. Plus he is a very nice person!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with LawnStarter has been terrible from start to finish. No one showed up or even called on the day my service was scheduled, despite having confirmed with the provider ahead of time.

Trying to cancel has been a nightmare—I’ve been stuck on the phone for over 15 minutes and have been asked three separate times why I’m canceling. It’s simple: no one showed up for the very first appointment.

Do yourself a favor and hire a local lawn care company instead. This service feels disorganized at best, and at worst, like a scam.

We just canceled our service with Lawnstarter. There was no consistency with the companies they sent out, and the last one left a shredded mess of trash in our yard after they provided a photo showing it was clean within the app. They also caused major damage to the siding of our house, which now needs to be fixed. I'm glad most people have had positive experiences, but we will not be using Lawn Starter again. ***Update: We let LawnStarter know about the damage their "pros" did to our property the same day they replied to this review, but they didn't let us know we only had 5 days to submit a claim within the app until after the 5 days had already passed. I guess the email I sent with a description and photos of the damage doesn't count? They now claim there is nothing they can do, so we have to get our attorney involved. LawnStarter is extremely unprofessional, and do not take responsibility for the damage that is caused by the companies they hire.

He was on time..Robert arrived and got right to work ..He trimmed and cut my lawn in a timely manner...I was satisfied 😀

I hired LawnStar and Roger has come through for me . I am a student doctor up coming and provide care for special needs adults n children.

My lawn looks great every week especially since we travel all the time and reside in the new area.

Bryan arrived a little late in the day. My lawn needed mowing so I didn't object. I went outside three hours later, in the dark,and Bryan was still working! I checked the yard and Bryan did an excellent job. Rarely do you find an associate with that type of work ethic. Bryan is definitely an asset to your organization! Thank you Bryan.

It seems you have a conscience worker in Bob Coey. He and I discussed how I needed things done. He was very careful to not get grass or rocks hitting my van. He trimmed and was very efficient. Thanks

Jorge was very nice. I would like the next cut to be shorter please. Also the weed whacking his buddy did was a little below average. I would also like to have edging done along the driveway and sidewalks please. My husband would edge and it would look very manicured. There was no edging done this first time. Thank you

Easy to set up, change the date if necessary, and the mowing and trimming was well done.

Jacob was on time and did a great job with the yard. LS app is great to use and manage communication with our professional lawn service.

Lawn Starter provided professional service from ground to back office. Staff is very courteous, helpful and problem solving.

Communication was great. Love the app. Service was really good! The lawn mowing and trimming was perfect to start the season. He moved everything out of the way and then replaced it all before leaving. Outside chairs, small play structure etc.
