A key ingredient for Thai and Vietnamese dishes
Delicious citrus flavour
Grow outdoors in summer or in a greenhouse
Excellent for herbal teas
A must for Thai and Vietnamese cooking; both the stems and leaves of Lemon grass have a delicious citrus flavour. The leaves are great for herbal teas too. Lemon grass is a tropical plant, so loves heat. Grow it outdoors in summer as an annual in a sheltered sunny spot or overwinter it in a greenhouse.
