Got my oil change and great service to keep my car in good working order.

I had an issue with my front tire, my car has a odd size. But Chris went above and beyond to get the last tire available for my vehicle. The technician that worked on my car was wonderful and very kind and professional. And that means a lot in this day and age. Chris was so great I decided to get a wheel alignment and oil change, It was done in very timely fashion. There honesty is was important to. Especially being a female. I will be taking my business to them in the future! And a very clean and comfortable waiting area.

The employees are awesome and so helpful! I always go to the Kidder street location in Wilkes Barre because they really go above and beyond.

The Mavis on 315, had appointment for 10 am, truck was there at 9:30 am, took truck in at 11:30 am, started working on truck at 1:15 am, at 9:30 only 2 cars was there, the manager didn’t answer me when I said why in hell was my truck started at 1:15, no apology, I watched him sit on his ass all day, the worker came out at 1:10 and said do you hear that, that is your truck being worked on, I said yeah my truck has been here since 9:30, with a 10 am appointment, I sat and watched, workers are just plain lazy, and the so called manager just sits at that desk and does nothing, no leadership, nothing compares to Jack Williams, I’m going to America’s tire,

I had my car repair done elsewhere and a major mistake was made which put me at great risk. I showed up at the Wilkes-Barre location (1000 Highway 315) and they promptly attended to the problem. The staff (Kai, Jacob, and Neff) were very honest and professional in their work. I highly recommend their service.

Mavis in Wilkes-Barre is the only place I will take my Volvo SUV. They have the tools, knowledge and experience working on Volvos. The deals are much better than a dealership which I would pay three times the cost and Chris the manager is wonderful if he doesn’t have the part, he’ll get it there in the in 24 hours. They’re convenient have a drop off box too. On Thursdays they’re open till 830 which works out so well, I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you, Mavis.!!!

Attentive desk staff. I was delayed for my appointment for wheel balancing on Sunday, December 22, 2024 and they accommodated me.

This is my go to place for all my car needs. Today I took my car in because the car tires kept losing air. Jade was so pleasant to deal with. After checking my car out they found that it was bent rims causing the problem. Not only did they straighten the rims and adjust the tire pressure, but when I came to pick up the car there was no charge for all the work they did. Now how can you not want to go to a place that goes up and beyond in customer care. Thanks again Jade for such great customer service.

I absolutely love this Mavis! They are extremely informative and honest with any repairs needed. I have never had an issue with anything they have fixed. I definitely recommend this Mavis location.
